These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coverage.quoteproauto.com and related services operated by Quote Pro Auto, a DBA of Quoting Fast, LLC ("Quote Pro Auto", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Quote Pro Auto provides free auto insurance information and a quote request service to help consumers compare their options. Quote Pro Auto is not an insurance company, does not issue policies, and does not guarantee any rate, coverage or approval. Coverage and prices are set by insurance companies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident, and you must give accurate information about yourself.

3. Consent to contact

If you check the optional phone & email box on our quote request form, you agree that Quote Pro Auto, a DBA of Quoting Fast, LLC, may contact you by phone call and email at the number and address you provide about your quote request. This consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase; you may withdraw it by emailing support@quoteproauto.com.

Text messages are sent only by Quote Pro Auto (a DBA of Quoting Fast, LLC), and only to consumers who check a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. SMS consent is not shared with or transferred to any partner, third party or affiliate.

4. Text Message (SMS) Program

Quote Pro Auto, a DBA of Quoting Fast, LLC sends recurring automated marketing text messages about auto insurance quotes and rates only to consumers who check a separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our Text Message (SMS) Program page or quote form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@quoteproauto.com or (844) 511-7954.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Your mobile information and SMS consent will never be sold or shared with any third party.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or information about another person without their permission, interfere with the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and intellectual property

Guides and articles on this site are general information, not insurance, legal or financial advice. The site and its content are owned by Quoting Fast, LLC and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoting Fast, LLC and Quote Pro Auto are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new date on this page.
